GCB Mobile banking can be created in two ways; using the USSD code or using the mobile app service.
To be able to register for mobile banking service, you first need to have a valid GCB bank account.
If you do not yet have an account, you can visit any branch and open an account. Once you have an active account, you can proceed with the registration process for GCB Mobile Banking.
1. MOBILE APP BANKING
1. Download the GCB Mobile Banking app from the App Store or Google Play store.
2. Once you have completed the download, open the app and select “Create Account”.
3. You will be prompted to enter your email address and create a password.
4. You will also verify your email address and your phone number with an OTP code which will be sent to you via SMS.
5. After you have completed these steps, you will be able to access the Mobile App Banking service.
6. Login to your dashboard and link your account number to your mobile banking app in order to be able to enjoy using the app for your banking activities such as transferring funds, viewing balances, and paying bills.

3. Select option one (1) and click SEND.
4. Enter your GCB bank account number and press send.
5. Follow the prompt on the screen to complete the registration process.
6. You have successfully registered and activated your GCB mobile banking account.
